Welcome to PokéPrize, By accessing and using our website and subscribing to our monthly competition service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices published by us.
Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our service.

PokéPrize is a UK-based subscription competition platform offering subscribers the chance to win official Pokémon merchandise and games each month.

2. Eligibility
To subscribe or participate in any of our competitions, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Be a resident of the United Kingdom
Provide accurate, up-to-date personal and payment information
We reserve the right to reject or cancel your subscription or entry if we believe you do not meet these requirements.
 

3. Subscription Service
By subscribing to PokéPrize, you agree to the following:
You will be charged a monthly recurring fee (amount specified on the website at the time of sign-up).
Your subscription includes automatic entry into our monthly competitions.
Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Your subscription will continue until you actively cancel it via your user account or by contacting customer support.
Cancelling your subscription prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for any payments already made.
 

4. Prizes
Each month, a range of official Pokémon games and merchandise will be offered as prizes.
Details of current prizes are displayed clearly on our website and social media channels.
All prizes are supplied, packed, and shipped by us using our chosen delivery partners.
Prizes are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.
Where advertised, a cash alternative may be offered. If no cash alternative is offered, no substitution is available.
Winners will be selected at random and notified via email and/or their account dashboard.
We aim to dispatch all prizes within 2 working days of the winner announcement.
 

5. Delivery
Prizes are shipped via tracked delivery through trusted delivery partners (e.g. Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, etc.).
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during delivery caused by the delivery provider.
If a prize is returned due to incorrect address details provided by the winner, re-delivery may incur an additional fee.
Prizes will only be delivered to UK addresses.
 

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
No refunds will be issued for cancelled or active subscriptions once a payment has been processed.
If you cancel your subscription, you will still be entered into any competitions remaining in your current billing cycle.
 

7. Fair Use and Misconduct
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice if:
You provide false information
You attempt to manipulate the outcome of competitions
You breach any terms outlined in this agreement
Such termination will not entitle you to a refund.
 

8. Liability
We are not liable for:
Any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered through participation in our competitions
Delays or failures in delivery outside our control
Any technical malfunction, website downtime, or subscription errors
Our liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your current monthly subscription.
 

9. Data Protection and Privacy
We comply fully with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

10. Intellectual Property
