PRIZE & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Claiming your PokéPrize

Congratulations on being a PokéPrize winner!

We contact all our winners whilst we are doing our live draws! If we can't make contact with you at the time we will send an email to inform you of your win and arrange delivery of your prizes!

All winners are given a 5 day period to claim prizes. If a prize is unclaimed after 5 days, the competition will be redrawn and a new winner chosen.

  • The quickest way of receiving your prize is to make sure you details and address are up-to date

  • Check your spam/junk emails, some email providers move emails into these areas

Delivery Information

Our delivery partner is Royal Mail.

We use the following methods of delivery for our prizes;

  • 24 HR Tracked & Signed Delivery

  • Standard Delivery (1-3 Working Days)

 

There are no costs to customers for the delivery of prizes. All delivery information including tracking information an be found in both your

 account area and your order dispatch email.

 

Order Processing

We process all orders in winning priority. 
All orders are processed Monday - Friday. We do not process orders on weekends. Any orders after 6pm on Friday will be processed on the following working day.
