PokéPrize are responsible for the delivery and ensuring the quality of your items through the dispatch and delivery process.This means should the following not be met, we have a duty to ensure we rectify the issues;

The correct prize is sent to the winner and as described

The item is authentic and verified

The item is sealed and has no damage
Once an item is dispatched, we alongside our delivery partner to ensure a smooth and quick delivery. Our team can help with any issues in this period including;

The wrong item being received

Failed delivery including delivery not being received

An incorrect item

Prizes damaged in transit

Faulty goods
In order to ensure you are able to receive continued support it is important that;

An item is returned in the same condition as received

It is sealed

It is returned with all items it is received.
As detailed in our terms of service. All customers are entitled to a 30 day returns period. Refunds are discretionary dependent on circumstances. Replacements are sourced where stocks are available.
Digital Prizes
Digital prizes are provided following the same practices as all other digital goods providers. This means the following items are eligible for support;

Monthly Subscriptions - Third Party Vendors
PokéPrize can offer support including replacements and refunds where applicable. This is void once;

A gift card is redeemed

It has been used to make a purchase

A subscription is activated
If any of the following actions have been taken. We will be unable to assist and you will need to reach out to the platform you are using.
You are eligible for a refund if the prize is from a competition that requires a subscription. A replacement will be sourced if the prize is from a competition of free entry.
All customers who receive digital prizes are entitled to a 5 day period of redemption. If a digital prize is not redeemed in this time PokéPrize will not be able to help with issues and this will be the requirement of the platform you are using.
